Wow. The NCAA in it’s infinite wisdom decided to run 3(!!!) bowl games simultaneously tomorrow, instead of the 2 I originally claimed. Geniuses!!!! Who could possibly want to watch both the Cotton Bowl and the Citrus Bowl? Pick one or the other, but never both. I sincerely don’t understand the thinking here.
Anyway, after the early 3 games are over, I feel like the
pool will almost be over. But, in case
you want to know the eliminations for the Cotton Bowl, here they are:
If USC wins:
Pick |
Points |

Ally
H. is eliminated from 2nd & 3rd place contention. |
Tulane |

CAAT
5 is eliminated from 3rd place contention. |

If Tulane wins:
Pick |

Tulane |

USC |

Eric
K. is eliminated from 3rd place contention. |

Marc
R. #1 is eliminated from 2nd & 3rd place contention. |
USC |

Mark
B. is eliminated from 2nd & 3rd place contention. |
USC |

Matt

USC |

Steve
D. is eliminated from 2nd & 3rd place contention. |

Much like the last post, it looks strange to see Eric K.
eliminated from a position if Tulane wins, and he winds up with 29 points. That is because he will be eliminated from 3rd
place and his chances for winning the pool shoot up to 90%+.
