Well, well, well... I
guess that's why you watch the games. I
was anticipating this game being pretty lousy.
I kept waiting for Arizona State to pull away, so I could watch
something else, but it never happened.
The standings probably don't change much, except for the 4 people that
took them, as almost everyone had Arizona State for around the same amount of
points in this one. It turned out to be
a pretty good game. Maybe the only
downside is that I had to listen to Matt Millen the entire time, and as a
Detroit Lions fan, I can't stand that anyone still considers him an
"expert" at anything related to football. Plus, it was weird to hear him address his
broadcasting partner as "Tess".
That's just weird.
Anyway, because of the big upset tonight, only one person
managed to go 4/4 today. Congratulations
to Shawn S. for being the only person to pull off this feat. He was also far and away the winner in net
points today. Here are the top 5 net
point gainers for the day:
1. Shawn S. (71 points)
2. Tim N. (60 points)
3. Abel R. (54 points)
4. CJ (50 points)
5. Damien R. #2 (48 points)
...and here are the top 5 movers in the rankings over the
course of the day:
1. Tim N. (69th -
31st): 38 places.
2. Abel R. (72nd - 43rd):
29 places.
3. Dre (57th - 30th):
27 places.
4. CJ (47th - 21st): 26 places.
4. Larry G. #1 (55th - 29th): 26 places.
...and the top 5 fallers:
1. Huki Julie (9th -
42nd): -33 places.
2. Sally R. (25th - 56th): -31 places.
3. Max W. (46th - 69th): -23 places.
4. Klei R. #1 (16th - 38th): -22 places.
4. Hutch H. #2 (24th - 46th): -22 places.
We also have a new leader after the day. Brent S. #1 took over after a two day run
from Adam E. Adam isn't too far away,
only falling to 4th place.

From here on out, I'll be using the probabilities of winning
as the main source of statistics. I'll
still include the points and net points, but I will focus more on whether you
can be mathematically eliminated or not.
It's kind of fun that way. We are
down to 16 games to go, so I can do the math now. It will take a while, but I'll see if I can't
get that out tonight.
Good luck!!!!!!
