NCAA Day II, 8 games in

This one will be short, since I don't have any games to talk about yet in the late games.  I think I could nominate that Texas / Nevada game for Game of the Tournament.  Most people didn't lose too much on this one, and even the people that took Texas didn't have them going much further than the next round anyway.  It didn't keep the game from being exciting.  Lots of big shots, free basketball.  There was a lot to like in that game.

We had the West Virginia game on as well, but we never really thought Murray State had much of a chance to actually win.  Just another run of the mill higher seed to win.

Bhav D. continued his good run, going 2/2 to finish the first half of the day 8/8, jumping him up 106 places to a tie for 10th overall.  Everyone so far today has won at least 3 points (Only 5 people actually finished with 3).  The average was 5.5 points.  That also leaves us with only 14 people that haven't lost a single Sweet 16 team.  2 of them were computer modeling picks from Ken Pomeroy and Jeff Sagarin.  I just realized that from here on out, those two have exactly the same picks except for the Championship game, where Ken Pom has Virginia and Jeff Sagarin has Villanova.  I'm kind of hoping neither of them wins.  I'd like to think that you can't use an algorithm to win.
