1st OT game edition

That was unexpected.  I was watching the Iowa / Tennessee game and thinking, “Here we go again…  Another 20+ point blowout”.  Then, as I was working out on the elliptical machine, Iowa slowly started coming back and they forced overtime.  I’ve seen games like this happen time after time in the tournament.  One team gets way down, expends all their energy getting back in the game, and then collapses once they’ve made it all the way back.  It’s tough to come back from way down and maintain that energy after tying or taking the lead.  The end result is that chalk once again prevailed.  Bummer….

I’ve heard you can place a bet on whether Zion Williamson will dunk over Tacko Fall.  I’m sure people dunk on Tacko Fall all the time.  It’s kind of a job hazard when you are 7’6” tall.  You are expected to block everything and you are almost always right next to the rim.  The thing I love most about huge people like Tacko Fall is seeing how teams have to change their entire offense because he’s there.  It’s pretty remarkable.  Anyway, I’m rooting for UCF, even though they are the biggest underdog of the day.  They have my favorite player, they are underdogs and I hate Duke.  Seems like a pretty easy decision to me.
