First #1 seed OUT

 I feel like I’ve said this about 3 or 4 times already, but whoever gets points out of the East Region is going to be in really good shape over everyone else.  The trick here is that there seems to be a diminishing number of people that are actually eligible to get points.  The #1 and #2 seeds are both out.  That would make you think that people that picked Purdue or UCLA are in good shape.  I would argue that those teams have won 1 game so far, and they need to win 4 to make the Final 4.  None of those games will be easy as today’s game has shown.

So, it looks like we won’t have back to back champions this year.  North Carolina looks pretty solid, although I’m not sure what Leaky Black was doing out there a lot of the time, so pressing them seems to work.  We’ll see who they get in the next round.

So, this line moved up a little.  It was 11.5 just this morning.  Maybe people are thinking that Kansas will get a wake up call since one of the other #1 seeds already lost.  I’m not sure why anyone would need such a wake up call in this tournament, but we’re talking about teenagers in some cases.  Once again, it’s the only game on.  I doubt it can live up to the previous game.
