The non-payment edition

Everyone.  In years past, I've been pretty lax on keeping track of who has paid and who hasn't.  I've figured out a better way to do it this year.  So, here is the list of the people for whom I have not received payment yet.  If it's in the mail and just hasn't gotten to me yet, that's cool.  I'll probably get it in the next day or two.  If you haven't sent it in, yet - What are you waiting for?  It's $5 a sheet.  You'll never miss it.

As most of you know, I don't make any money on this endeavor, so don't be cheap.
