Dan Dz. heat check edition....

I got pretty lucky in the rock fight that was the Wichita State / Dayton game.  That turned out to be the only competitive game of the 4.  I guess the play-in winner went 1-1 this year.  Good to remember.  Too bad I took the wrong end of both of those games.   As picks go, these 4 weren't that hard apparently.  The team that people took the most won all 4, so 110 people went 4/4.  Another 99 went 3/4, so the average was 3.42 points.

We have some slight separation at the top of the standings.  Dan Dz. has rode a hot hand all day to take the top of the standings by a point. So far, the only game he has missed in the tournament at all is VCU / St. Mary's.  He's 12/12 today and was 15/16 yesterday.  Good enough for a one point lead over the field.  Good picking Dan Dz.

Also good picking today has been Josh C.  He also is 12/12 so far (the only other person to reach that level).  That has moved him into a tie for 2nd place after starting the day in 32nd place.  Good job, Josh.

Also, remember how Daisy was all over the top 10?  She's still doing well, but it looks like we have a new person that is a multiple-entrant in the top 10.  Hal R. has 3 brackets in the top 10 compliments of 11/12 picking today.  Great job Hal.

We still have 53 people that haven't lost a Sweet 16 team.  One of them is the Barack Obama bracket.  He is actually doing pretty terrible (167th), but he has managed to not lose any extended teams.
