The games already started today, and I forgot to put
anything out about the games. Luckily,
they are using the same format as yesterday, so there is only one game going
on.
Louisville / Michigan
Louisville: 159
Michigan: 54
Other: 12
Vegas Line: Louisville by 3.
This is actually the smallest point spread of the day, so
maybe the best chance for an upset.
Michigan is certainly the #7 seed that was picked by the most people to
go furthest. South Carolina and Dayton
weren't even picked by most people to make it out of the first round. 30 people have Michigan going to the Elite 8
and 9 people have them in the Final 4.
Kentucky / Wichita State
Kentucky: 185
Wichita State: 37
Other: 3
Vegas Line: Kentucky by 4.5
This is also a relatively close game, point
spread-wise. I am looking forward to
this game, mostly because my bracket is destroyed and my only salvations are
some long shots by Wichita State and West Virginia. I also want to see Wichita State win because
they got screwed a few years ago as a #1 seed, having to play an underseeded
Kentucky team as a #8 seed. This time,
it looks like the roles are reversed, as Wichita State was underseeded as a #10
seed. They say the committee doesn't
look at stuff like this, but it seems impossible to me that they don't.
Good luck to everyone!!!!
